Your Discord roles and badges

Which roles follow your puh.gg account, which badges come from Discord, and how to sync them.

Once Discord is connected and you are on our server, roles and badges stay in line with your account by themselves. This runs every few minutes.

Do not want to wait? Use /sync in the commands channel to update your roles right now.

The server tag. The Guild Tag role and badge need a connected puh.gg account. Taking the tag off removes them again.

A role is missing

  1. Check under Settings, Connections that the right Discord account is connected.
  2. Make sure you are a member of our Discord server.
  3. Run /sync in the commands channel.
  4. Still missing? Open a Support ticket and tell us which role and why you should have it.
