Warnings, account standing and bans

What happens when you break the rules, how your account standing works and how to object.

When something breaks the rules, we choose the mildest step that works: removing content, a warning, limiting features, or suspending or closing the account. We tell you why, unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.

Account standing

Settings → Connections

Your account standing

The bell in the top bar of the dashboard shows your account standing. It starts at 100 and goes down with each active warning from our team or the moderators on our Discord server.

Warnings can have an end date. Once a warning has expired, its points come back.

Fake views and likes

If views, clicks, likes or comments were inflated artificially, we can reset the numbers and remove the badges earned with them.

What happens when an account is banned

  • The page shows that the account was banned instead of its content.
  • The usernames and aliases of the account are held by the team. They can be given to others on request.
  • Bans on our Discord server also delete the member's messages of the last 7 days.

If you think we got it wrong

You can object through our contact page or in a Support ticket on our Discord server. Tell us your username and why you think the decision was wrong. We look at every objection.
